Weird Wifi Situation.

So I just plugged in my ethernet cable that i've had for a while into my pc for the first time and everything went fine. However once I unplugged it the Intergrated wifi i have in my motherboard and is what I normally use instead of a cable stopped working(Motherboard is a MSI MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC). I've tried anything I could find online to try and fix it and nothing has worked so far. Whenever I go into device manager it always has an error symbol with the first image what I see when opening it. It no longer allows me to connect to the wifi or look for it whenever I check network access. I'm lost and out of ideas so any help would be appriciated.
