Hi all,

I've recently helped a customer of mine upgrade to windows 10 aswell as a new ssd.

The laptop runs all great again but there is no audio anymore. I've already tried the following:

1. Update chipset driver (didn't help)

2. Update audio driver (didn't help either)

3. First removing the audio device completly in devicemanager including deinstallation of the current driver then rebooting and installing again) It does allow me to install the driver but yet there is no sound at all.

4. Connect the laptop to a monitor with a hdmi cable which did work and gave me sound again through the monitor its built in speakers but when I selected the onboard audio it didn't have any audio again

If anyone has a solution for this please let me know,

Thanks in advance.
