Newly bulit pc having problems

So this happens whenever

I hear something keeps getting disconnected and connected, followed by massive frame drop and only seeing one frame, it lasts for 5 seconds or so than back to normal.

i opened the system up and tried playing to see what stops, i saw my graphics card fan stop when it happened

i dont know how to troubleshoot this.

i tried checking if wires are loose but thats not the case.

could be that the wires are bent too much?

i have have no clue

Maybe some kind of program opened in the background and hogged the CPU. That can happen too. something that opens then closes afterwards. Something like a virus or  something. 

 

Thats just my speculation.
