PCI devices disappearing

HP Omen 15-ax250wm
I have posted before that my GPU disappeared after blowing some air from laptop vent. Today my NVMe disappeared too. It just won't show up anymore. I can't think up of any solution.

Should I take it that my Laptop is broken? If so, what should be the next one to look up? I only have up to 500$.
