Issue with recording software

So i recently got my gaming pc and wanted to start recording some video's for my youtube channel.

Every time i record something with obs or amd relive the audio sounds double or like in a tunnel and when my headset is bassboosted the audio of the video gets bass boosted so its super hard bass

I just need help figuring out how to fix the double sound/tunnel audio in my video's and if there is any solution to fix the bassboosted thing.
