Tencent Virus?

I've run adware cleaner as i always do once a month.

c:\programdata\tencent.

 

I quarantine it, ran it, it was gone. I deleted it, i even deleted the file myself physically, restart, its back.

 

Is this a virus?

 

How is it obtained?

What does it do?

How is it removed?
 

Can i just quarantine it and ignore it and not have to reinstall windows??

You likely have a game from them. Some of the popular games they do are PUBG Mobile and Ring of Elysium.
