Opinion on new streaming build

Hey guys above is what im planning to build soon and im fairly certain that for my pricepoint thats a pretty good build but im planning to start streaming and want to know if with that PC i could stream 1080p with a decent fps (Games like: Rainbow Six Siege,CSGO,splitgate,COD maybe) at like medium game settings or if i need to upgrade something and if so what should I upgrade

You should be fine to stream at medium settings I think.

im gonna keep the current RAM bc its overclockable and i got some advice on it from another dude and is there any particular reason for the mobo change? ill def upgrade to that rx 590 tho

Yes, the one you chose could barely OC a r3. This one can OC even a 3900x for the same price it's a good change.
