Wireless not working please help

I have an hp 250g3 and wireless conection is not available.

I tried reinstall drivers but no change .

It has windows 8.1

Wireless led on. 

What should i do to work please help?

Did you get drivers from: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-250-g3-notebook-pc/6732462

You have to locate which wifi card you notebook got.

First try going to device manager - find the network card and remove, also tick remove drivers and restart - see if that works, if not download driver and install:

It does not appear in my list any wireless adaptor

Alright. have you tried opening up the laptop and taking a loop at the adaptor?

I did but i could not crack it .

I took off  the screws but nothing

I think i'll put a wireless usb adaptor
