1080p gaming

Hello i would like to build new pc to game on 1080p that would last a few years and would go way over 60fps...any suggestions ? (I know 1080p is considered old but i like it )

whats your budget, what games do you plan on playing, whats your location?  do you need any peripherals?

i'm from europe no i don't need peripherals play everything lol mostly the new games around 800 is the budget don't want to spend super much tho  the cheaper the better
