Guide to Overclocking

Can anyone guide me to overclocking my first cpu and ram which is a ryzen 3600 and ddr4 3200 cl16. I have been wanting to do this for a while with other pc's ive built but i want to try it for the first time on my personal rig. I just need a explanation of Per CCX overclocking, PBO and LLC and how to properly use DRAM Timing Calculator. Thanks for all the info in advance. My discord username is Fafnir#6019.
