needhelp Final issues with new build

Hi i just assabled my new pc and i am dealing with the final issues i will list them below.

 

1. If i restart windows the pc often gets stuck on a black screen.

2. If i shutdown i will sometimes get a blue screen

3. I was testing a game and my pc randomly wanted to restart

4. Only had this one time but everything was lagging the whole operating system

 

MOST IMPORTANT/ANNOYING ONE.

5. When i boot my system sometimes i get nothing on the monitor it keeps saying no signal this happens 50% off the time.

 

I need all the help i can get i am clueless on what to do.

 

I updated my windows and drivers to the latest versions.
