Computer freezes often

The computer freezes while playing and sometimes basic spotifys, chromes, etc. I do something then everything freezes and then again after 20-60s resume operation. And it's a little tiring. The heat has been watched and it's okay. Viruses on the roof, no. Windows updates have been updated. Play for example, gta v so online  will so throw off online just as the internet would go, but still be able to speak discordis well and no problem. I wonder what the problem?  

 

Specs:

-Graphics card = Asus GeForce gtx 1050Ti

-Motherboard = Asus rog strix 350-F gaming

-CPU = AMD ryzen 5 2600

-Ram = 2x4GB 2666MHz

May I ask where did you get and how old is your hdd or other storage devices

Could just be a drive issue, seagate drives usually have their own diagnostic software you can use to check the HDD integrity.

The hard drives were okay.

If it's mainly issues with Chrome and Spotify it could be RAM related as well. Try increasing the amount of RAM in your system. An adtnl 8Gb or a 16Gb kit shouldn't be too costly.
