An inexpensive option would be the Corsair CX430v3. Whatever that is the best option for you would depend on what store you are able to buy from (availiability and prices). Also what is the specs of the computer that this PSU need to power?

Corsair CX 500M and CS 550M are very good value options. Cooler Master also has some new value power supplies. I think they are the GM series or something like that.

It depends on how you long expect to use the computer. Going for a higher quality power supply with an 80+ branding on it, means lower power waste, which in turn means a lesser power bill. But this might irrelevant in a country with low power costs. There are many things to factor in, when asking for a cheap solution like that :) I myself went for a higher quality PSU, that in turn is cheaper in the long run. :) - (I live in Denmark, where electricity is expensive, so this is a big factor)

I believe the Be Quiet Pure Power 530W is great value for money and looks good, Semi-modular though if that's your thing.
