Build Ryzen 3700x

I'm trying to make the longest possible configuration (always within a budget limit), I just have to change the CPU + MOBO + RAM triad. I wanted to know What you recommend as: motherboard (200 € max), ram (100 €) and heatsink (40 €). I will not do OC at most I could try via PBO. I would like the best possible RAM in relation to in-game performance and can be set via XMP without touching timing etc. For the motherboard I would like to buy one that guarantees the compatibility and longevity for future Ryzen, . I will buy from amazon italy.

I just got done with my build, a lot of people were recommending not going over 3600, i ended up with 3466 corsair and so far great memory but the xmp did not run well on mine setup had to manually tune instead.
