Hi, I have been having a strange issue, during load my PC was shutting off suddenly nothing in event viewer besides the generic sudden shutdown error. I had just upgraded to an AMD RX 5700XT and Corsair CX750M. The problem was inconsistent. I returned and exchanged the PSU thinking it was the issue when the issue persisted i tried the PSU in another system, and found no issues. I then replaced the card, again no change. I saw alot of people having issues with the RX 5700 XT and swapped to an nvidia 2070 super, didnt have the issue at all for two days and thought it had been fixed. previously COD:MW, and R6S were causing the sudden shutdown. I decided to play Metro exodus, because i wanted to see what ray tracing was about, played for a bit, and it was somewhat choppy, then system shutdown again. I know i have some small bottlenecks (i5-8400/8gigs of ram) im planning on upgrading but these shouldnt be causing such an extreme issue. Im running an MSI B360 Bazooka. I just ran SFC /Scannow and found some corrupt .net files, and it looked like registry errors (could be wrong dont know how to read the CSM file)  thinking of fresh installing windows, but dont want to if it isnt the cause, any assistance would be appreciated, im having alot of trouble getting to the root of this. Thanks!

could have faulty cables, I've struggled with that a lot and it's random af.

Is your PSU rated for more Watts than what your system would draw under load?

Small chance but I've seen it happen - sometimes electrical sockets are faulty and cause weird power issues, can you try plugging into another room's socket and playing sth that usually causes issues?

Memtest passes, my draw should be around 400-450 watts, and i have a 750watt PSU I could try a different outlet though i rent a room, due to outrageous san diego cost of living, so i cant try a different room if my electrics are messed up. my old 500 watt system never had this issue, and it shouldn't be drawing that much more power. only difference is 580 (4gig) vs rtx 2070 super. Will try another outlet though. Also worth noting that bios is up to date, i thought that may have been the issue when this first started, and gave that a shot.
