Front Panel Connectors

Hi,

 

So I assembled a new computer this morning but had problems with connecting my front panel connectors on the Gigabyte B450M DS3H. There's a white connector that came with the case I'm using for this build but it doesn'T fit on the motherboard. Any clues on how to plug my connectors properly?

It's the white thing you see in the middle of the picture. I have no clue how to connect the pins, they're just hanging from my front panel and the white piece of plastic that came with it to make the plugging easier doesn't fit.

Thank you Mr. Veink for your patience and sorry in advance - I told my friend cursan to post here but he has severe autism and is a bronze medalist in my state's water polo special olympics competition. The picture and explanation above gave me cancer but thank you for staying on him, you're a better man than me.

Is the cables labeled anyway? Any works, symbols, anything?

Yes, they have labels like "power" and "reset"

Check if any of the pins are bended. Check that mobo manual and check where the cables go. In the manual should be + and - sings. The colored cabel is + and the white is -. Put first the cables that are hard to plug in.

Page 16 has labels for each of the front panel connectors. Arrange the cables in your hand based on the order in the pdf (as Mr. Veink said you don't need to plug in all of them at once, but it may be easier to do a few at a time). And then do it by feel since I know it can be a pain to actually see down there. But if you know the order based on the manual, you Gucci breh.
