Choosing a laptop

Hello, this is my first post and english is not my first language so please bear with me.

 

Im stuck between Lenovo Legion Y540 17 inch and Hyperbook NH7, which is a Clevo NH70RDQ barebone.

 

They both come with i7 9750h, RTX 2060 and a FHD 144Hz panel.

 

Hyperbook has an option to polishing the CPU and GPU block as an "advanced cooling option" for 46 euros, but i dont know if thats worth the money.

 

Any help is appreciated.

A that option was also polishing the blocks?

 

Right now im also looking at Strix G G731, apparently the cooling and the screen are a little bit better.
