Hi everyone,

 

So today i was assembling a new pc, but my storage devices i.e. 1 ssd and 2 hdd were old with preinstalled OS in ssd was installed in the new build, when i turned it on, motherboard boot up for the first time, a message popped up and it said "hardware or software changes are made"

and after that message motherboard says "preparing automatic repair" and system switch off after 2 mins. And now my system is stuck in this loop, can someone help me with this error?

16gb ddr4 ram

Msi b365m pro-vdh mobo

Samsung evo m.2 ssd

Wd blue 1 tb hdd

Unplug any drives except for the boot drive and make sure it is configured as default boot device in the UEFI. Are you connected to the internet? It might be unable to boot if it is missing a driver although I thought Windows 10 came with necessary drivers for what you are doing.

if your going to windows,  you can boot from a CD or a Thumb drive and when it asks you what harddrive you want to install on, you can just choose to delete the partition of the current drive that was full of data.  You wont have to go through the process of completely wiping it, unless there is critical info you want to make sure wont be retrevable.  (ex. company confidential data).  After wiping the partition and creating a new one for windows, it will behave as if everything is wiped.  You can still use software to recover data thats not been overwritten in this manner if someone was really wanting to pull the data.
