Low gpu usage in games.

Hi!

 

My friend just bought a asus gtx 760 directcu2 and when installing newest drivers and jumping in to cs go everything was fine. The next day usage is in 10-30% and fps in games is 30. We tried Reinstalling the drivers, changed the power plans in windows and nvidia control panel, Changed BIOS settings like pcie frequency and more but nothing is working. the card shloud be getting enough power with a 500w power supply. Pls help.

 

Asus gtx 760 directcu2

Asrock 970 pro3 r.20

cooler master 500w thunder

amd fx 6350

we uninstalled the drivers and the pc installed orignal drivers from 2014 now we did this allready and the problem started day later cpu usage is 50-60. and no limit reasons in gpu-z right now. the drivers are 391.35 and works again i will update this post if the problem continues.
