Windows 10 with NO peripherals, at 1080p, 60FPS and I will be doing school work on this involving Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc..., $1200 AUS is about $830 USD, but for reasons, there will be tax, and for some reason, not all brands are available, so here's a list that you can use: Asus, Asus ROG, Gigabyte, Intel, AMD, Corsair, DeepCool, MSI, Thermal Take, Cooler Master, G. Skill, Adata, be quiet, Phanteks, Lian Li, Fractal design, Seasonic. Hope that this helps :).

Yeah that list is pretty good but try to with at least 3200MHz RAM that will do your system good or if you're up to it overclock it to that frequency.
