Hello everyone

I am new here

I have a budget of 800$  (or 60k Indian rupee, because price is usually high here)

I want to make something for gaming, video editing, android studio, using virtual box ...

I dont play much games but i want my rig to atleast allow me to play APEX legends on high graphics on a full hd monitor

I am fairly new in building a rig so i need your guys help

Please tell me best possible combination in my budget

I am also doing my own research

My list so far:

Ryzen 5 3600 & the stock cooler which come with it

A 8 gb ram chip (3000 above Mhz)

1 TB full size hdd

Edit

Since i am on a tight budget here

I dont want a SSD

For now i just want to focus on components which i cant replace easily like hdd, ram & sdd

I will add them a few months later

For now i just want to focus on a good motherboard, CPU, cabinate, PSU

I am looking for used GPU for saving a few dollars

Hey there @Randomname1234 it's pretty tricky but I pulled a nice build together that should suit you pretty well:

Sadly the 3600 won't fit into the budget but the 2600 will do productivity tasks very well but if you had a bit of headroom for your budget then one could add a better SSD, an additional HDD and maybe a better case. So here you have my ten cents. Good luck! ;)

Hey

Thanks :)

but i dont really need a SSD & for now only 8 GB ram is fine, i will add more after a months or so

So if i remove a ram chip & that SSD i can get a ryzen 5 3600 right ?

will it work with this motherboard & PSU ?

Dude an SSD is essential nowadays for at least your operating system it's just a huge uplift that will make the most difference in this build, even more than a more powerful CPU/GPU. The RAM will be a problem if you choose to run only one stick because the CPU won't run in dual-channel and your memory won't hit the advertised frequency. But if you're fine with that then do it if you're going to add another stick (make sure it's the same as the other one!) later.

As for the 3600: It really doesn't make much of a difference going for the previous model the 2600 is just much cheaper and you'll only get a little less performance out of it which is unnoticeable. Sorry to disappoint you mate but in that tight budget you'll be totally fine with a 2600 and even a smaller SSD like a 120GB NVMe one or a 250/500GB SATA one. Your experience will be far more enjoyable than the 3600 and a very slow hard drive.

Cheers mate!
