Hey guys!

I currently have an Intel Core i5 laptop with HD 3000 graphics.

I play only a few games on my laptop as I am caught up with studies.

One of them Team Fortress 2, I started plating that recently as my friends are into it.

The problem is when there is not much action going on, the FPS goes up 120FPS, few people shooting - 60FPS average.

But on some instances, it drops to about 20 FPS.

Here are my video settings for the game:

Res - 1024x720 (My screen is 1366x768)

FOV 90 (Though lowering FOV didn't make a difference)

Model etc. Details - Low

Motion Blur - Off

Reflections - SImple

Color Correction - Off

HDR - Off

Use 'bloom' - unticked

and the other settings are Billinear and AA - Off

My laptop specs are:

Intel Core i5-2430M

HD 3000 integrated

5000GB HDD 5400RPM

4GB DDR3 RAM

Screen - 15.6" 1366x768

I want the frame rate to be as steady as possible.

Also sometimes, the game freezes for a few milliseconds (Example:when I suddenly enter a room full of machine guns and soldiers) and the audio loops.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
