Windows Button Not Working

My windows button is not working, I have tried all the solutions I have seen. The button works if I click on it with my mouse, but the button on my keyboard doesn't work. I know it isn't my keyboard because both windows buttons don't work. No idea what to do now. Thanks!

It can still be the keyboard. If you try with another keyboard and that one works, then signal keyboard is sending doesn't correspond to what OS expects. Or if you have some mechanical one, there might be a hot key to disable and enable that one.
