So this is a several year old UPS, if you see the video all the way through, it switches completely randomly 

The inverter obviously works, what im think is that its a sensor or a capacitor that has gone bad????

Please share your opinion or if you have fixed this issue before

 

The ups has new battery

Nothing wrong with power coming from wall (confirmed with a second UPS of the exact same model)
