How would I upgrade a T440?

I have a new thinkpad and I'm already thinking of overhauling it, so what would be the best things to prioritize first?

There's really not much you can do besides maxxing out the RAM and adding an SSD.


Unless you know some Chinese modders.

Throw an SSD in it ASAP.  Check RAM usage before upgrading to 16GB of RAM if it can.
