Upgraded cpu help

but I upgraded to a 3600 I had put it all together and it starts up fine but my monitor says no signal detection can someone please help I’ve tried plugging it into the mother aboard and graphics card also if I hold the power button down it won’t turn off that way but if it’s off and I press it then it turns on

No but I just put the old cpu and still monitor says no signal?

No I didn’t but when I try to put the old cpu you in and start it up the monitor still won’t turn on

The cpu and dram I think is blinking when I try to boot does this mean anything?
