Lenovo T580 DisplayLink Dock Problems

Hey guys,

Becuase I would like to connect my ThinkPad T580 to a bigger monitor at home, I bought an external 4k monitor and a Lenovo Hybrid USB-C dock. However, I have experienced a lot of problems getting a fluid connection going. I know there is a problem with the DisplayLink software and the usage of the internal GPU instead of the dedicated GPU which I would like to use for the monitor. I have tried to turn the internal Graphics off in device manager, but this now always bricks my computer and makes it unusable. I have tried to contact the support, but they haven't really been able to help.

So here are my specs and all the products I use:

Lenovo T580

i7-8550U Intel UHD Graphics 620

Dedicated NVIDIA MX150

16GB RAM

Internal 4k Screen

Monitor: Samsung U28E590D 4K Monitor; connected via DisplayPort cable

Dock: https://www.lenovo.com/de/de/accessories-and-monitors/docking/universal-cable-docks-usb/TP-Hybrid-US...
