RGB Strips

I have a Asus X570 ROG Strix F motherboard and a few metres of RGB lighting with 4 pin connectors on, I doubt it but is there any way that I can connect these to the 4 pin RGB headers on my motherboard?

if you have a 4 pin rgb on your mb and have 4pin rgb strips it should work but keep in mind that the header can only handle so much power. in your manual will tell you how much.
