Slow download fast upload! Please help!

Hey! So i've got 250/250 download and upload but my download speed goes no more than 100! Upload speed works like charm. I've been looking in the settings but there was no limiter. I don't know what to do please help me out! I've been trying to fix this for 5 hours now! I'm going insane!

 

* I download Asuswrt-Merlin firmware but same results.

* Got latest original firmware now

* My neighbors does not use 5Ghz, i'm the only one on the channel.

* QoS is not activated

Tested with 2.4GHz with my phone, does not support 5Ghz.

the speeds are controlled by your isp, contact your isp, they are the only ones who control and fix the upload and download speeds you are paying them to give you

Have you tested multiple speed test platforms and different servers? Maybe the speedtest server has a problem, it has happened to me

I tried different servers, all same. Cable works good too only wifi download is slow upload is fine.
