No matter what ive done ive never been able to successfully port forward.  I dont understand what im doing wrong.
Is it possible its my ISP that is blocking those ports?

Really appreciate it if anyone can help me solve this please.

It never works on any game. Trying to play Assetto Corsa atm.

Assuming you've setup a static local IP for your computer, and this is the same local IP you've setup port forwarding for, it should work. However, Windows Firewall could be blocking it, or your ISP might be using carrier grade NAT, which you'd have to ask them about.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, 5060 Ti) Mobile: Moto Razr 50 Ultra (Razr+ 2024) | 30GB CAN+US+MEX $30/month
Laptop: Lenovo Yoga 7i (16") 82UF0015US (i7-12700H, 16GB/2TB RAM/SSD, A370M GPU) Tablet: Lenovo Tab Plus (256GB)
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

Check if you are behind Carrier Grade Nat or double nat by comparing the external ip that shows up in your router settings and the one that you can get thru the internet. If they are not the same and your routers ip is something like 192.168.X.X, 10.X.X.X, OR 172.16.X.X then you are double nated.

If the ip is in another range then you are probably behind carrier grade nat.

Also make sure the app or server that uses that port is open and running when you do the test
