Weird color difference

Opened up photoshop today and saw this, left screen (Screen_1) is normal, but the right screen (Screen_2) the white becomes vanilla colored.

This happens whenever i open an editing software like ps or a TIF file, i have no idea what has happened as it was fine just a couple of days ago.

I have tried calibrating and restarting my pc, but i can't seem to find out what is causing this.
