New GPU help

Aspect11

So i currently have a Gigabyte Wind force GTX 970 graphics card and am looking to get a new GPU soon. My current ystem specsd are listed below:

CPU = Intel core i7-47900k

Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 3

Cooler = Corsair H100i

RAM = Hyperx fury 16gb

So i am currently split between the RTX 2070, RTX 2070S, RTX 2080, RTX 2080S, RTX 2080ti and the AMD RX 5700-XT.

So i am looking to spend around £600 to £700, but can't decide on which one.

Can anyone give any recommendations based on my system that will not have that much bottle necking.

Thanks!

It depends. I think @Genwyn is exaggerating a bit. At higher resolutions (at least 1440p) you won't notice much of a bottleneck even with a 2080ti.  If your goal is extreme frame rates at 1080p then you will notice a lot of chugging from the CPU as it tries to keep up with all the frames.

The Anniversary Edition is just a slightly overclocked 5700 XT... You can get the exact same performance from the 5700 XT with the integrated overclocking utility (WattMan) and setting the power limit to +50%.
