Cannot download realtek audio control app

As title says.

I upgrade from 1809 to 1903 and noticed that audio control app launched but didn't do anything(empty window) so I uninstalled it and then tried to reinstall. But I get an error. I cannot download it. I can download everything else from windows store. I already have reset windows store with no luck.

No it says I must download from store
