Are these kits Samsung B die??? I can't tell, help please

I'm down to ram for my build. I can't tell if there really is much of a difference between this aside rgb, which I don't care about. I plan on, if I can, using waterblocks on the ram. 4x8, I'm guessing I won't have space, not sure.

 

All in all I'm just trying to tell if these 3 kits are b die, and if there is any reason in shouldn't get the cheaper kit (F4-3600C16Q-32GTZSW) for 323.00 VS the higher cost model at 419 etc.

I just know that pretty much all RAM at those speeds are B-die, also there's this website:

easiest way to check quickly is to press "advanced" and search with the part number/sku
