For the past week, I have had a problem with low frame rate and lag on my computer.  Also, I have had some random freezes on my pc no matter what I am doing.  So far, I have uninstalled and re-installed my drivers, but that didn't work.

I don't know what else to do.  Could someone please help me? By the way, I have an amd radeon hd 7870 gpu and an amd fx 4300 quad-core cpu.

No.  All of the components are staying nice and cool

Is your memory running at the correct speeds? Try running your system with only one stick of ram in and see how that pans out. If you still have issues swap the sticks then report back.

temps?

There are multiple factors to your problem such as the 2 that are mentioned above, try re-installing the os which usually fixes the problem and if not than try diagnosing your components such as temps first, than ram, HD, and other components.

he should diagnose first, and if that doesn't wokr reinstall OS:
