what hardware & peripherals do you need?

if we are talking a whole pc, maybe even with display mouse etc..... honestly?

 

go find yourself a used i7 2700k system or something alike on ebay that maybe even includes a display and peripherals, and throw the rest of your money towards a used GPU

just keep in mind that the powersupply that you'll get (an that used pc i mentioned) has to be able to handle the GPU
