Asus x370-F Gaming Drivers Wont Install with Windows Server 2019

I have been struggling with upgrading my home server to my old daily driver parts: a Ryzen 1700x and Asus Strix x370-F Gaming. Whenever I boot into Windows Server, there are zero network drivers, audio drivers, SMB controller, and a few other things I saw in device manager. I was severely perplexed as to why I suddenly lacked drivers and after many backups, I decided to reinstall Windows Server 2019, assuming my install might have been messed up somehow through my tinkering about. Sadly, the issue persisted. I tried manually downloading the drivers from Asus' website and installing them, but I got an error message saying the OS is not supported. Can it really be that I can't use a Windows Server install with this motherboard? I could make the switch back to Windows 10, but I would prefer to stay with Server. Has anyone ever encountered something like this before?

Whenever I try to install the Intel LAN drivers from both Asus and Intel, I get an error saying that the OS is not supported and that there is no Intel adapter, respectively. However, the on-board adapter is present and working since it works with Windows 10.

Using that driver gives the same error as before, claiming that there is no Intel Adapter installed.

Hmmm that's odd, why you wanna use server anyway?

As far as i knew, it just have support for more hardware.

I made the switch a few months back from Windows to 10 to Windows Server 2019 and it relieved just a lot of headaches and problems that I was having with Windows 10. Plus, I enjoy the Server Manager interface to see all of my storage pools and such.
