First thing to do - take the CMOS battery out (google it if you don't know what to look for on MB).

To be safe unplug it, press the power button 2-3 times (ofc it won't start or anything but we want to discharge caps), remove CMOS battery, wait 10min, replace the battery (get a new one if current one is old/low voltage - if you know/can test it), plug it in, report if anything changed.
