LAN Speed capped on PC

Hi All,

 

I am having the same problem mentioned here ;

 

My internet speed is 500mb/s and on my apple tv i get the full 500. On my pc which has a  asus rog maximus x hero intel z370 and I am running all cat 7 cables to the modem i am throttled to 150 I have tried all everything mentioned here. I have tried putting my router QOS mode on and giving prio to the pc i have tried turning it off. I have re-installed all the drivers. i have tried to resetup the router from scratch. I just cannot seem to figure out what is causing this issue.
