Premiere Pro Issues

Hello,

 

I currently have Premiere pro working on RTX2070 Max-Q + 32GB of Ram + i7 9th Gen from M.2 SSDs.

 

However the performance is really terrible, my previous GTX1050Ti did a better job.

 

Any advice? I am using CUDA acceleration

And yet there is no perfect laptop for all mentioned above in a small, thin and light form factor...
