Problem with Counter Strike Source

Hello guys, i'm getting an error when i launch the Counter Strike Source, and the problem says "the procedure entry point SteamMasterServerUpdater not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\JazzBlues\Desktop\Counter-Strike Source\bin\engine.dll, so i'm getting stuck at this error, so guys i need your help to fix this error, your answer will be appreciated, thanks guys.

It seems like this is a steam related problem, have you tried:
 

• Reinstalling the game
• Verifying the game files for CS:S
• Clearing download cache
• Launching it as an administrator
• Launching Steam as Administrator and then trying to launch CS:S
• Downloading the game to another location on your computer
• Run a system file checker to check for faulty DLL files
