Hi.

I hope there isn't an existing thread for this already. If there is, I couldn't find it.

I work from home a decent amount, and use my LG 34GK950F as my monitor for both personal use and work.

At the moment I'm swapping the display port cable back and forwards between the 2 machines, and it's getting a little old.

Is there a splitter I can use for this?

I don't mind if I can't get the full glory of 3440x1440 144hz from my workstation, but I need it on my personal rig.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction :)

You can get a display port switch. Plenty on Amazon.

If you search for splitter, you'll get a load of MST hubs which take one output to multiple displays rather than multiple to one.

EDIT: Sorry, misread your comment.

Looking into switches instead.

Will something like this work?

I'm guessing I have to plug the attached DP cable into my monitor, and insert the cables from the PC's into the ports?

Or will it only work the other way around?

That's an MST hub, so it's one into many, not the way you want to use it.

A switch is what you'd want.

Thank you so much.

Will both of these run 3440x1440 at 144hz?

First has a review that says 100Hz worked, 2nd suggests HFR doesn't work.
