Bluetooth doesn't work on new build

Just got a brand new gaming PC. Everything works great, except I can't connect my controller, because bluetooth doesn't work. When I go in the options and click "connect bluetooth device" it just says that bluetooth isn't enabled on this device. There's no switch in the settings to toggle it, it just doesn't work.

There is no bluetooth hardware in that system. You will need a bluetooth card or dongle to have bluetooth functionality.
