windows 10 storage issue

hey everyone so I have two problems. First is that my OS is somehow in two different ssds. I had a 120gb sdd that I had windows on when I first built my pc then I upgraded to a 500gb m.2 and I wanted a fresh install so I installed win10 on the m.2 but when I took out my 120gb it wont boot but when I put my 120gb in another pc it only shows the old OS that I had the first time. but when they are in the same pc it will show 2 OSs installed.

Second I want to back up my OS so I can wipe my drives but is there any way to keep all my logins and apps installed on the back up?
