Used GPU thoughts

I've been looking for a new GPU and just now I started looking at used ones aswell. It is the GTX 1070 ti strix gaming 8gb at 230 euros.(it was used for 1.5 years for programming and a little gaming)

I currently have a 960 with 4gbs.

Is the price a good deal for me? And should i trust used gpu's?

It's not so much if you can trust used GPUs as much as if you can trust the person who used it.

If he says programming and light gaming there should be no reason why that card won't run well for you for a while yet.

The guys seems nice. But is it a good price for a 1070ti ?

I am hoping someone who lives near you can chime in whether or not it's a decent price.

From my perspective it seems like a really decent price for the card.
