Zephyrus G GA502DU cpu downclock to 400 MHz every 3 second

i'm having an issue where i'm playing games around one minutes mark, suddenly the CPU down clock to 400 MHz every 3-5 second, resulting in fps drop to 10 fps. its not thermal problem, how do i know it? i use ryzen controller to set the CPU temperature to 75C, but it still dropping, it happened to me once, but it got fixed somehow, and now it starting to appear again., can somebody help? sorry for bad English,

nvm, i already found my problem, i upgraded my ram with the wrong speed, after removed it, the drop didn't happen again.
