VPN static IP addresses

I like using portforwarding for my games. I'd like to create a static IP address for my VPN. I am new to VPN is there anything I should know before creating a static IP address on my VPN? My VPN has many profiles, private, streaming, file sharing and so forth. Does this mean I'd need to create a few static IPs? Image attached.

No. It would use the same IP for all of that. Looks like they are calling it "Dedicated IP". Is there a reason you want to do this? I can't see the point of it.
