Your memory is running 2133Mhz CPU-Z doesn't show double data rate so you have to double the number your seeing.

my ram is showing 1064 mhz and i got 3000mhz ram its corsair vengence rgb pro 16 gb. i dont have a overclockable mobo could that be the problem just want to make sure.

my mobo is from a prebuilt pc that i ripped apart i really can't find much about it online its a asus g11cd-k.

Did you check the bios for any XMP/DOCP that can be enabled?

i checked i cant find anything like that its a decent mobo but its got one of the old looking bios. if i cant overclock it. is it just stuck at that frequency.

I would have to look into it usually they have a bios flashing program to start the process in windows then reboots and finishes in the bios. You could maybe request some help from here.

I had a custom bios done for a dell laptop to unlock some features the process of dumping the data and keeping in contact with who opts to help took a bit but they managed to help me out.

 

You could also contact ASUS and see if they could help you out with a custom BIOS to unlock the AI Overclock menu and allow DOCP to be enabled.
