Your memory is running 2133Mhz CPU-Z doesn't show double data rate so you have to double the number your seeing.

I would have to look into it usually they have a bios flashing program to start the process in windows then reboots and finishes in the bios. You could maybe request some help from here.

I had a custom bios done for a dell laptop to unlock some features the process of dumping the data and keeping in contact with who opts to help took a bit but they managed to help me out.

 

You could also contact ASUS and see if they could help you out with a custom BIOS to unlock the AI Overclock menu and allow DOCP to be enabled.
