What should i upgrade?

Hello, i have a 5820K CPU that is overclocked around 4.5ghz. And a evga 1070. I am thinking about upgrading one of them and it's either going to be a

3900x with a x570 mobo. Or a 2080 super MSI gaming trio. So what would be the best value for gaming and streaming?

Upgrade the GPU,your CPU is still good.
