Odd connection/ping issues in games

Hi fellow forum users,

Lately I've been having some issues with my ping. It's been fluctuating a lot. I am using a powerline adapter, I know it's not that great for gaming, but it was holding up just fine. But now, whenever I play CS:GO on certain servers where I used to have proper ping (30-40) it is now sitting in the 100-200 area. But for some reason it's not this bad on every single server or game, even though the servers are from the exact same host and I've never had any issues playing on these servers. All I know is that it isn't server-sided because I am having these issues on several servers and games.

I've tried pinging google but it didn't look like much, there is only 1 spike (in bold):
